Important Silver Hanukkah Menorah. Germany, ca. 1920 - Rare, elegant silver Bauhaus Hanukkah Menorah, with German hallmarks from the time when the Bauhaus design flourished.  Pure silver Hanukkah Menorah, designed with clean, simple and most elegant lines.  The base of the Menorah is round and very wide, using impressive and quality silversmithing. On the base there is a central stem with eight straight silver branches and a Shamash, which balance the roundness of the base and continue the general elegant, clean and most impressive and prestigious lines.  The Bauhaus style led an approach calling to depart from the ornate Prussian style and emphasizing man and his simple needs.
