Historical Item: Silver Beit Megillah from Eretz Yisrael with a Dedication and Zionist Signatures. Eretz Yisrael [1933] - Unique and interestring collectible which was given as a wedding gift to Mrs. Hellena Schreiber on her wedding day on Iyar 18, 1933, on Lag BaOmer.  Parchment scroll : a small parchment scroll is signed by the givers of thegift including David Remez - one of the leaders of the Yishuv who signed the Scroll of Independence and was a minister of the first Israeli goverments; Dr. Yehuda Aryeh Abramovich - a Zionist activist, director of the Hadassah Hospital in the 1940s. Dr. Rinah (Rosa) Yunovich - scholar and director of the bacteriological laboratory of the Hadassah Hospital in the 1930s. And additional figures.  Silver Beit Megillah (A case for the scroll of Esther.): fine small Beit Megillah inlaid with semi-precious gemstones. Possibly made at the Bezalel Academy of Jerusalem. Fine filigree made by a quality silversmith.  Extraordinary collectible.
