St. Petersburg 1899-1908, Hallmarked - Fine spice container, architecturally designed with elegant silversmithing made in St. Petersburg, Russia during the years 1899-1908. Fine and subtle hammering.  The base of the tower is a clean sqaure. The tower is mnade of three rounded tiers covered with fine subtle hammering and engraving.  Hallmark of St. Petersburg and the silversmith.
