'Dancing Chassidim'. Sculpture by the Artist Anne Tanner, England 1973. Hallmarked. - Work of art made apparently of terracotta by an English artist named Anne Tanner.  Placed in a semi-circle on the wide, designed base are three dancing Chassidic figures. The three Chassidic Jews are wearing Shtreimels and tradiitonal Chassidic attire, holding a rope in their hands which joins them.  Anne Tanner:  A visionary artist. As a young woman, she demonstrated both musical and artistic talent and creativity.  She studied singing at the Manchester Music Academy. Eventually, however, she became famed in the late 1970s as a sculptor.
