Torah Finials. JEREMIE HUMBERT 1788-1802. Berlin, Germany - Couple of silver Torah finials (Rimonim)  made in Berlin in the late 18th century.  Classic, typical Berliner-German structure. 3 rounded tiers decorated with sawing and hammering of plant and decorative motifs. The finials are hallamrked and were apparently crafted by the German silversmith Jeremie Humbert n the late 18th century of early 19th century.  On the stems of the finials, a Hebrew inscription: 'הב' (הבחור) יהודא בן שלמה הכהן' and beneath it 'Levi Cohen'.
