Attributed to Rabbeinu Shimshon of Kinon [sometimes ascribed to the Rashbatz] [Constantinople, ca. 1515–1517] An exceedingly rare halachic work containing essential formulations and procedures for writing a Get (bill of divorce) and performing Chalitzah. Includes the text of the Get, order of delivery, Chalitzah procedure, and Chalitzah declaration text. Also features the relevant Beit Din (rabbinical court) rulings and laws pertaining to these rituals. Extremely rare! This work is a vital source for understanding the practical halachic guidelines of Jewish family law. This booklet was issued as part of the ”Kundrissin” series—a collection of individual halachic treatises published in Constantinople during the early 16th century (circa 1515–1517). The series includes rare halachic documents such as Piskei Cherem VeNesifah (rulings of excommunication) and the Commentary on the Ketubah by the Rashbatz.
