Pirkei Shira, Venice 1744. First Edition. “Yidrosh Be’ad HaSefer Liknoto BeDmamim Yekarim” (HaRaMa”Z)  Pirkei Shira on the songs of the animals and birds, traditionally attributed to King David, with commentaries Siach Yitzchak and Sha’ar Shimon on Perek Shira (including HaPanim), by the brothers Rabbi Yitzchak and Rabbi Shimon Wolf Neishtel of Prague. Printed by Girolimo Bragadin, Venice 1744 – first edition of these commentaries. The commentaries contain numerous Kabbalistic references, including citations from the writings of the Ari”zal. The book features many approbations, notably that of the renowned Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Zacuto (HaRaMa”Z), who praises the two brothers as commentators and urges all of Israel to acquire the book: ”…and let everyone seek to purchase this fine book at great expense… for all who possess it gain more than its price, doing right by honest people worthy of honor in Torah and service…” [6], 112, [2] leaves; overall good condition, with minor reinforcements; attractive modern half-leather binding.
