Mishpetei HaCherem V'HaNidui V'eHaNezifa. Kushta (Constantinople), circa 1515 [c. 1515]. A perfect copy, recorded only once in an auction sale! - Extremely rare! Mishpetei HaCherem V'HaNidui V'eHaNezifa. – seven chapters on the laws of excommunication, ban, and censure, attributed to one of the early authorities (a student of the Rashba), whose identity remains unknown. This work forms part of the “Kuntrisin” series – a collective name for several independent treatises and compositions printed in booklet form in Kushta in the years circa 1515–1517. Within this series were printed, among others: “Perush ha-Get”, “Perush ha-Ketubah” by the Rashbatz, and additional works (see: Seder Chalitzah le-Rabbeinu Yaakov Margaliot, Jerusalem Institute, 1999). This work is also cited several times in the Beis Yosef (Yoreh De’ah siman 334) under the name “Kuntrisin”. From the early and rare Kushta printings. Post-incunabula . Kushta, circa 1515.
