Accompanying paper tag reads in part: World War II 332nd Bomb Squadron, 94th Bomb Group 8th AAF A-2 jacket. Painted large 8th AAF insignia on front left chest & painted 332nd Bomb Squadron insignia on right chest. Painted back with B-17 aircraft ”Is This Trip Necessary?”. Painted captain's bars on epaulets. Manufactured by J.A. Dubow Co. Size 42. Purchased from Ralph Lauren Vintage for $11,900.  Includes ”Lucky Bastard Club” certificate (validating 29 bombing missions flown) for Lt. John S.
