Washington Victorian Pink Satin Glass Vase - Item/Description: Late Victorian pink vase crafted from Mother of Pearl cased satin glass with a pearlescent finish and a diamond quilted ”air-trap” pattern across the surface. It features a bulbous lower body and a tall, flared neck, showcasing a beautiful color transition from a light pink base to a deeper cranberry hue at the rim. This vase is consistent with Mt. Washington's production style during the Victorian art glass movement; in design and in their standard practice to not etch a signature directly onto the MOP satin glass line. Signs of age and wear include surface scratching and dirt residue/discoloration at the rim and base.
