Rococo Mantle Clock, W&D Rolex Movement - Item/Description: Rococo or Louis XV style gilt bronze mantel clock. Highly decorative case and white enamel dial with sub-dial. Movement marked Rolex / 15 Jewels / Swiss Made / W&D / and with additional makers marks. Wilsdorf & Davis, the company founded in London in 1905 by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis. This company was the precursor to the Rolex Watch Company. Material: Gilt Bronze Case Dimensions: Length: 5”; Width: 2 3/4”; Height: 5 1/2” Condition: Currently in working order.
