Early 20th Century Remington Portable Typewriter - Item/Description: Remington Portable manual typewriter, produced between 1920 to the mid-1920s, as the first truly portable typewriter with a four-row keyboard. It has an innovative ”pop-up” mechanism where the typebars are raised for use via a side lever and lay flat for storage. Features a black enamel finish with glass keytops and a folding metal case.
