With a glossy finish, the sculpture depicts a young girl with long, straight brown hair, standing and gently holding a small piglet in her arms. She is wearing a greyish-blue long-sleeved dress with a white collar and a white apron over a light brown skirt. First issued in 1969, it was retired in 2001.
