Mid-Century Purple Hobnail Glass Dish - Item/Description: Vintage amethyst purple glass nappy (or handled bon-bon dish) featuring the iconic hobnail pattern, characterized by rows of raised, uniform ”studs”, and a ruffled or crimped rim and an applied wishbone-style handle. Traditionally used for serving small candies, nuts, or mints, these dishes became staples of American home decor in the 1940s and 50s.
