Vintage Green Uranium Glass 'Bird in Flight' Bowls - Item/Description: Pair of depression-era glass bowls featuring two stylized birds on opposite sides. Bird in Flight or Swallow bowls are constructed from green pressed glass, which contains uranium and will glow under ultraviolet (UV). While originally introduced by Dugan-Diamond, the molds were later sold to the Fenton Art Glass Company around 1930. Material: Glass Dimensions: Length: 8”; Width: 7”; Height: 4” Condition: Signs of age and wear include scratching , scuffing, cracking, marking, and surface wear.
