Maritime Gimbaled Ship's Compass - Item/Description: Maritime navigational compass features a liquid-filled magnetic compass bowl finished in an industrialized matte black protective coating. Suspended within a two-axis brass gimbal ring assembly, the compass bowl stays perfectly horizontal to counteract a vessel's rolling and pitching at sea. Compass inside its original mahogany storage box with an antique brass hook latch.
