LeTourneau ”Tournahopper” Truck - Item/Description: Manufactured in Rockford, Illinois by the Nylint Tool and Manufacturing Company, this post-WWII mid-century heavy-gauge pressed steel construction toy is an officially licensed scale replica of the massive R.G. Le Tourneau earth mover. Features original factory yellow enamel finish, bold ”Tournahopper” side decals, an authentic black exhaust stack, and large knobby rubber tires with branded yellow hub caps, and a clamshell bottom-dump mechanism controlled by the functional mechanical lever arm located on the rear assembly.
