MCM Fratelli Betti Italian Green Glass Vase - Item/Description: Mid-century modern cased art glass vase manufactured by Cristalleria Fratelli Betti in the Empoli region of Tuscany, Italy, circa 1960s. Sculptural, torch-style vase features a vibrant, multi-layered cased glass body in a rich green palette. Sleek, elongated stem is accented by bold, dark green hand-applied glass trailing that wraps dynamically around the bulbous base and winds upward toward a dramatic, hand-pulled crown or ”fishtail” rim lip. Organic, space-age silhouette typical of retro Italian glasshouse design.
