McClurg & Co. first separate hardcover edition, which originally solidified the 1888 baseball ballad's transition into bound American sports literature, published by Easton Press in 2008. The publication is bound in full crimson red leather adorned with 22kt gold leaf lettering, all-edges gilt, and a stamped front board illustration of a vintage bat wrapped in a dark ribbon bow.
