Chinese Rose Medallion Porcelain Plates Set - Item/Description: Collection of twenty octagonal and circular plates featuring the iconic Rose Medallion pattern. Each plate centers on a circular medallion flanked by panels that alternate between court scenes and botanical scenes. Pattern is named for its heavy use of the pink peony, often referred to as the ”Rose of Canton”. Some pieces marked ”CHINA” on underside, dating it between 1891-1919. Includes dessert or bread plates, salad or luncheon plates, and dinner plates.
