Ram is depicted kneeling with its limbs tucked close to the body, with incised stylized wing or scroll motifs to the flanks. Water dropper features two separate holes designed to create an air-pressure vacuum, allowing a calligrapher to precisely dispense single drops of water when grinding ink on a calligraphy inkstone. Signed with characters on underside.
