Persian Qajar Polychrome Fritware Vase - Item/Description: Antique Persian stonepaste baluster vase, crafted in the distinct folk art style of the late Qajar Dynasty. Hand-painted in vibrant polychrome slip pigments against a sandy cream ground. Central image features a stag or deer lying down amidst dense, stylized botanical fauna, and opposite side features a classic gul-o-bulbul (rose and nightingale) motif, showcasing a stylized blue and yellow songbird nestled beneath large, blooming blossoms and green foliage.
