Hand-Painted European Folk Art Wooden Vase - Item/Description: Antique hand-painted rustic, folk-art vase crafted from a single block of hardwood. Classic baluster silhouette with a hand-carved, pierced scalloped crown rim at the top. Features a naturalistic wilderness landscape scene depicting a majestic stag standing vigil over a fallen deer, flanked by a distant herd against a soft pastoral background. The piece was finished with a protective clear varnish that has aged over time. German Black Forest style alpine woodware.
