Emet LeYaakov, Moglenitza – with the stamp of the holy Rabbi Yekutiel Yaakov Yitzchak Shapira ztz״l A Chassidic work in its first edition, bearing the stamp of the Rebbe R. Yekutiel Yaakov Yitzchak Shapira. The first edition of the book Emet LeYaakov, by the holy Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Shapira of Blendov and Moglenitza, Warsaw 1889. Among the great tzaddikim and Rebbes of Poland was the holy Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira (1789 – 11.05.1849), known as “the Saraph of Moglenitza, grandson of the Maggid of Kozhnitz, and son-in-law of the son of the Rebbe Elimelech of Lizhensk. His son, the holy Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak, was appointed Rabbi of Blendov in 1849, and his descendants after him served in the rabbinate and leadership of the city until the holocaust.  In the approbation of the five holy sons of the author, they writte: ”ועתה אחינו בני ישראל...להיוושע כלנו בנפש רוח ונשמה ובגוף הרוחניות ובגשמות בבני חיי ומזוני וכו” The present copy bears the stamp of the publisher, R. Yekutiel Yaakov Yitzchak Shapira of Warsaw, son of R. Shalom Shapira, son-in-law of R. David of Krashnov, and son of the author of this very book
