Christ of the Four Nails, Italy, FNS. 18th century - Dimensions: 19 x 4.5 x 13 cm. Weight: 208 g. Wooden cross: 37 cm. This ivory figure of Christ is carved with great sculptural detail, depicted according to the four-nail model. He wears a tight-fitting loincloth, with his legs arranged almost parallel and his arms raised in a cross. The inscription ”INRI” appears above his body, and at the base, two crossed bones can be seen. CITES certified.
