Exuberant still life with an academic aesthetic featuring a wide variety of fruits and a bottle of wine on a table partially covered with a light blue cloth. A halved watermelon with intensely red flesh and black seeds stands out in the foreground, accompanied by bunches of grapes in different shades, pears, peaches, and apricots, all carefully modeled. To the right, a cut berry reveals the flesh in great detail, while in the background, vine shoots with vine leaves extend, balancing the composition. The light falls on the surfaces, generating shine, volume, and reflections, especially on the wet fruit and the fabric, adding realism and sensorial richness. The artist demonstrates great technical mastery in the representation of textures and color interplay, with a refined treatment of chiaroscuro. Signed at the bottom as ”A.
