Pedro Flores García (Murcia, February 5, 1897 - Paris, October 8, 1967) - Oil on canvas. Dimensions: 55 x 75 cm. He was a painter from the Murcia region who was part of the Spanish School of Paris. In 1908, he began attending classes at the Academy of Fine Arts of the Royal Economic Society of Friends of the Country and later continued at the Circle of Fine Arts. Together with Luis Garay, he began working in a lithographic workshop and learned photographic techniques, participating in photo retouching. He used the photographs he took of the orchards of Murcia as inspiration. He soon won several awards for his paintings, and in 1927 he received great critical acclaim at the group exhibition he held with Ramón Gaya and Luis Garay at the Dalmau Gallery in Barcelona.
