Neolithic steatopygous female figure in marble (Mother Goddess), Mediterranean Region / Southern-Eastern Europe, c. 5000–3000 BC - Matte black-gray marble with small veins and inclusions. Neolithic female idol of the steatopygeous type (“Mother Goddess”), with pronounced volumetric forms associated with fertility, arms folded over the abdomen, and a finely carved vulva; intact piece, with a gently polished surface and antique patina, without restorations. Measurements: height approx. 13.0 cm; width approx. 6.5 cm (arms); width approx. 5.8 cm (hips); depth approx. 3.0 cm (breasts) and 4.0 cm (legs). Batch in international warehouse (within the EU).
