Large working textile loom. Sicily, second half of the 18th century - Wood. Dimensions: width 140 cm; depth 155 cm; height 130 cm. Large working loom, preserved in complete condition. Very few complete 18th-century looms have survived to the present day, as many were inappropriately modified and transformed into tables over time. This piece is of significant ethnographic and technical interest, originating from Sicily and dating from the second half of the 18th century.
