Augusto Murer (Falcade, Belluno, 1922–1985) – Ghe rivarem a baita? IV - Etching on paper, created in 1975, measuring 39 × 54 cm, with a plate size of 25 × 34 cm. Signed in pencil in the lower right corner, this print is copy I of an edition of 25 copies (Roman numerals) and 75 (Arabic numerals). It is part of the portfolio *Ghe rivarem a baita?*, which brings together ten original etchings by Augusto Murer accompanied by ten stories by Mario Rigoni Stern, who also wrote the introductory text. Published by Corbo e Fiore Editori, Venice. The composition depicts a group of figures and animals in a scene of strong narrative density, achieved through an incisive use of chiaroscuro and energetic brushstrokes that reinforce the epic and collective dimension of the image, evoking the harshness of rural life and the weight of collective memory—central themes in Murer's graphic work. The print is in good overall condition. Lot in international warehouse (within the EU). Intra-community shipment: no import duties apply within the EU. An export permit from the country of origin may be required.
