Monumental statue depicting a standing saint, enveloped in flowing robes whose deeply carved folds emphasize the figure's verticality. Her head is slightly inclined, and her expression is imbued with sweetness and contemplation. The arms, now missing, originally suggest a devotional gesture or the holding of iconographic attributes. The old polychromy, partially worn, reveals the wood beneath and reinforces the expressive intensity of the whole. This work belongs to the tradition of 17th-century European religious sculpture, where restrained naturalism, dynamic drapery, and measured emotion sought to foster piety and spiritual identification in the faithful.
