Istrian marble seal with Knights Templar, Italy, 20th century - Carved Istrian marble. Dimensions: Ø 32 × 6 cm. Circular seal depicting two Knights Templar riding the same horse, a traditional symbol of shared poverty, accompanied by the Latin motto “Sigillum Militum” (Seal of the Soldier). This piece is of balanced proportions, with a beautiful patina and grain, ideal for wall mounting or surface display. It is rare, of great historical and iconographic interest, and is complete and in excellent condition. Provenance: Venice, private collection. Lot in international warehouse (within the EU).
