TOMMASO CASCELLA (Rome, 1951) - The zodiac: Aries (2020) - Color lithograph on paper. Dimensions: 32 x 22 cm. An elegant abstract composition from the series ”The Zodiac,” in which Tommaso Cascella represents the sign of Aries through a sophisticated visual language of cosmic and symbolic inspiration. The work is constructed from broad geometric planes in shades of blue, black, and gray, traversed by delicate white lines and chromatic dots that evoke astral configurations and celestial constellations. The curvilinear form alluding to the zodiacal symbol of Aries stands out in the lower right, subtly integrated within the abstract composition.
