Sea in Blue. Serna Ramos. Spanish School. 20th Century - Oil on panel. Dimensions: 13 x 22 cm (35 x 44 cm with frame). A marine composition dominated by blue and green tones, with dynamic brushstrokes that structure the surface into vibrant planes. White patches suggest wave crests beneath an energetic sky. The gestural brushwork, akin to expressionist abstraction, reveals an emotional approach to the landscape. This piece, signed by Serna Ramos, condenses in a small format an intimate and energetic vision of the sea, a common theme in contemporary Spanish art with lyrical roots.
