'Speech` - daily political, economic and literary newspaper, organ
constitutional democratic party. Published from February 23, 1906 to October 26
1917 in St. Petersburg. Publisher Yu. b. Bak, with number 310 1908 V. D. Nabokov and I. I.
Petrunkevich. In the form of an Appendix to the 'Speech' were published: 'Illustrated week` (1906),
'Yearbook of the newspaper `Speech` (1912-1916), `State Duma (Shorthand
reports)` (1906–1908). 'Speech' had an extensive correspondent apparatus in Russia
and abroad, claimed to be the Russian version of the London 'times'. In
"Yearbooks" published review and analytical articles by leading politicians,
