The cover is dirty, and there is no portrait of Stalin after the title page. This publication is a verbatim report of the First all-Union meeting of Stakhanov workers, held on November 14-17, 1935. The report includes seven sessions with reports from representatives of the main industries of the Union. The material is supplemented with a large number of illustrations, including portraits of speakers. The meeting was attended by 3 thousand Stakhanovites, the leaders of the party and the government. A. G. Stakhanov, A. H. Busygin, P. F. Krivonos, N. A. Izotov, M. I. and E. V. Vinogradov and many other leading scientists shared their experience. Speeches at the meeting were made by V. M. Molotov, K. E. Voroshilov, G. K. Ordzhonikidze, L. M. Kaganovich, A. I. Mikoyan, A. A. Zhdanov, N. S. Khrushchev, N. M. Shvernik. Summed up I. V.
