The first part of the second volume is the only one published. Uncut copy in the publishing cover with the spine preserved. Publication on particularly dense coated paper. In total, the book has 146 illustrations in the text. The apps have 10 color maps and plans on folding sheets. Petrovskaya agricultural Academy is the highest agricultural educational institution in the Russian Empire. Founded during the period of political reforms, the Academy promoted the prosperity of agricultural science. In 1857, the Imperial Moscow society of agriculture recognized the need to establish an agricultural Institute in Moscow. The company leased the territory and buildings of the estate in Petrovsko-Razumovsky, which in January 1861, by the highest order, was purchased into the Treasury for 250 thousand rubles specifically "for the purpose of establishing an agronomic Institute, a farm and other agricultural institutions". This publication, in addition to an extensive historical overview, provides descriptions of all departments of the School and their activities.
