Old Wind Vane Instrument, composed of two parts with its bottom part is a small stylized metal desk, the vane is attached on it made of copper and designed in the shape of a dog, height: 107 cm, width: 32 cm. Apparently this is a mish-mash of both parts done at a period following their manufacturing.
