Large and impressive Art Nouveau Jugendstil ”Waiter” tray - Large and impressive Art Nouveau Jugendstil ”waiter” tray, made of chrome-plated copper, circa early 20th century, designed in the style of the period with organic lines and two decorative handles, decorated with hand-carved engravings by an artisan in a flower pattern, stamped with the manufacturer's stamp 'Varakcy' (?), dimensions: 51X29 cm, 1.03 kg. Patina of age. * It is called a waiter's tray because it is at a concave angle that allows the waiter to hold the tray in a comfortable line to his body when serving it to the table.
