An assortment of 11 antique woodcuts from the Bible (”Parvum Theatrum Urbium sive Urbium Praecipuarum totius orbis Brevis & Methodica Descriptio”) - 17th century, by Adrianus Romanus, cartographer Abraham Saur, Frankfurt, published by W. Richter around the beginning of the 17th century. Each plate measures 6x8 cm, glued onto thin cardboard paper. In various conditions: some of the engravings are torn and missing, yellow-brown paper.
