A special and antique European wooden box and miniature - A special and antique European wooden box and miniature, circa 1900, made of reddish wood (probably mahogany?), combined with gilded metal forging frames, in the center of the lid is a hand-painted miniature inlay covered with a glass cover and around it is delicate marquetry work in geometric shapes, squares and stripes, dimensions: 14.5X9X3.5 cm, 160 g. The connection between the lid and the box is slightly shaky, light wear.
