Permit to drive cars and tractors with one trailer with a total load capacity of up to 1.5 tons. The document does not grant the right to commercial transport. On the back there are rules: the obligation to notify about a change of residence, prohibition of drinking alcohol while driving, the obligation to help accident victims. 2.
