Antique French ”Napoléon III” Boulle Glove Box - Antique French ”Napoléon III” glove box, 19th century. Designed in a rectangular form, with a hinged lid opening and a hinged front panel that opens forward. Decorated with fine hand-crafted inlay combining copper, tortoiseshell, and quality shell (mother of pearl).  Fitted with a locking mechanism; a matching key is present.  Dimensions: 26 × 10 × 8 cm. Light wear, a number of minor losses.  544 g.
