Bears an engraved inscription at the upper section with the owner's name: Friedrich Gubert of Liegnitz (German: Liegnitz; today Legnica — an ancient city in southwestern Poland, in the region of Upper and Lower Silesia). To the reverse, Marked with the stamp of the renowned German manufacturer together with the designation '55', indicating the silver plating thickness. A large and impressive piece!
