Evening Gown Designed by Fashion Designer Gideon Oberson - A maxi evening gown designed by fashion designer Gideon Oberson, circa 1990 (1985–95). The upper bodice is fashioned from black velvet fabric with horizontal silver-toned gray satin stripes. The lower section is a flowing A-line skirt in lustrous satin fabric in a silver-toned gray shade.  A central back zipper opening to mid-dress (waist).  During these years, the contrasting block style (black combined with metallic/white) and the use of flowing, lustrous fabrics were the hallmark of festive evening fashion in Israel. During that period, Oberson operated his haute couture house on Gordon Street in Tel Aviv before focusing his main activity on the ”Gidex” (Gottex) brand.  No size indicated.
