Vintage Perpetual Wall Calendar of the Scottish Whisky Brand ”Dewar's” - Vintage perpetual wall calendar of the Scottish whisky brand ”Dewar's, ” approximately mid-20th century, made of a tin plate decorated with lithographic printing in the Art Nouveau style; a turquoise-green border surrounds the prominent brand name. At the upper section appears the company's knighthood and royal warrant emblem. At the lower section of the sign is fixed a three-dimensional display mechanism comprising interchangeable thick cardboard tiles: larger ones for months and smaller ones for days, with white lettering and black borders on a red ground. At the lower right corner a printed inscription reads model ”W505/26.” The calendar is mounted on a cardboard backing. On the reverse side, a handwritten inscription on the cardboard backing reads: ”Meir-Regina, 12 Adar II, 16 March 1927.” Dimensions: 40 × 28 cm. Reasonable wear and age marks; the month tiles are partially damaged and with losses.
