Bidspirit auction | Hand-Carved Cockatoo Figurine – Carved

Hand-Carved Cockatoo Figurine – Carved in Green Aventurine on an Amethyst Crystal Cluster Base - A noble cockatoo, carved with great precision from a single block of semi-precious green aventurine, characterized by a soft, semi-transparent mint-green hue. Presumably of Brazilian origin.  The bird is attached via fine metal feet to a luxurious base of a fully natural amethyst crystal cluster. The upper portion of the base reveals the sparkling purple crystal points of the amethyst, while its sides and underside retain the raw, rough outer matrix of the natural geode. The combination of green aventurine (known as a bringer of luck, abundance and opportunity) and purple amethyst (symbolizing tranquility, protection, spirituality and inner balance) creates a piece of deep energetic and symbolic value according to crystal healing and Feng Shui traditions. Height: 18 cm. 640 g. In very good condition; the carving is complete, the crystals of the base are well preserved and undamaged, with a stable and secure attachment.
