The obverse features the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman. The reverse features the eagle on mountain crag design. No mint marks are present, indicating these specimens were struck at the Philadelphia Mint. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and HALF DOLLAR.
