1894-S US Morgan Silver Dollar - US Morgan Silver Dollar struck at the San Francisco Mint in 1894. The coin is composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper with a 0.900 fineness. The obverse features the Liberty Head design and the reverse features the heraldic eagle design. A small S mint mark is positioned on the reverse below the wreath and above the denomination. The edge is reeded. The 1894-S is a lower mintage issue in the Morgan dollar series with 1,260,000 coins struck.
