Two Antique Clear Glass Apothecary and Reagent Jars - This lot features two clear glass vessels designed for pharmaceutical or laboratory use. The first item is a two-part specialized storage jar comprised of a cylindrical base and a separate upper glass section with a flared rim. The two components are joined by a wide metal collar assembly. The metal band is stamped BTE S.G.D.G on the exterior. The lower edge of the upper metal fitting is marked MARQUE & MODELE DEPOSE and features a diamond-shaped cartouche with the letters E and R flanking a central ampersand. The second item is a cylindrical reagent jar with a wide, ground glass inner rim and a matching clear glass stopper featuring a disc top and a ground glass plug for an airtight seal.
